S/H 1978 Gibson Les Paul Pro Deluxe, Goldtop

Who doesn't love a Goldtop, let alone one with P-90s!? 

This stunning Les Paul Pro is a les(s) common production model from the LP range. They were made for only a handful of years from the late 70s to early 80s. Becoming a hybrid of the earlier Les Paul Deluxe's; Goldtop finish, three piece maple neck and pancake body but with Custom features such as the Ebony fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. 

A perfect amalgamation of some of Gibson's most involved handy-work! 

Its seen some changes over its life, it's been refretted, the back has been resprayed, the stop tail replaced and somewhere along the line the pickguard has gone missing. Aside from that its in great playing condition and the pickups haven't lost a bit of their bite.
