Designed in the late 80s by renowned British luthier Mo Clifton, these basses have been a revelation for any 5 string bass player that's had the pleasure of holding one.

With a whole extra 2 inches of scale, the increased tension created superior note definition and impact of the lower register, whilst the compact body and missing headstock offsets the extra length, making the playability and feel really familiar to a standard scale bass. All of the benefit and none of the compromise!
