S/H 2005 Music Man USA Sterling Bass

Ok - so before Ernie Ball made Sterling range of basses in Indonesia, they made a USA Sterling bass, and yes, it was amazing!

It’s a beautiful instrument which has all the character of a Music Man bass, but with a twist. The idea of the Sterling bass was that it had a smaller body than the Stingray (this particular model weighs 3.95kg/8.7lbs) and the pickup was ceramic (which can be split), rather than alnico magnets, giving a brighter tone.

It’s a damn crying shame these basses are not in production anymore because they simply sound and feel gorgeous! This bass has been well-looked after and comes with its original case. This instrument is ready to boss it in a range of musical circumstances!
