S/H 1990s Hofner 500/1 Violin Bass, Sunburst

This fantastic Beatle Bass just rocked up, providing all the vintage 'thump' you could hope for. In 1996 Hofner returned to their roots, honouring the traditional design and sound that really put them on the map (with a little help from their friend), reverting back to the highly thought of staple mini humbuckers as opposed to the high output blades of the 70s/80s.  

It's in lovely condition and light as a feather, with some signs of play wear and the 30 year old Nitro beginning to check over the finish, to compliment the vintage sound with a beautifully vintage aesthetic. 

There was some maintenance needed on the electronics of the control panel when it arrived with us, all of which has been professionally tended to and is now in fighting fit shape. 

It comes fullwarranted for all set ups and servicing for two years included in the price.
